who made my clothes?
all of our garments are handmade in our Vancouver studio located in beautiful British Columbia, Canada.
what fabrics do you use & where do they come from?
Our main fabric is a cotton/spandex blend which is soft and cozy against your skin, and also easy to care for.
Going one step further, we only use certified Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 fabrications.
Fabrications that are free from harmful substances and safe for human use. This means that the fabric has been tested and is certified to be free of more than 100 substances that are known to be harmful to human health.
We also use deadstock fabric, which is fabric that has either been made in excess or is no longer produced. These fabrics would otherwise end up at a landfill, so we purchase these from other brands or suppliers whom we trust.
We test each of these fabrics to ensure they hit our quality standards.

if you are interested in placing a wholesale order with us, please email us with your store details and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
how do I find my size?
each style has its own individual size chart which gives you the garment measurements.
we are also able to customise each style to your measurements. please contact us before you place your order.
below is a reference guide on how to measure yourself. you will need a tape measure and a mirror. using a mirror to keep the tape measure straight ensures that you are measuring yourself accurately.
chest : measured around the fullest part of the bust or chest
waist : measured around the narrowest part of your torso
hip : measured around the fullest part of your bum
front length : measured from your shoulder to the hem of garment
sleeve length from neck edge : measured from your neck edge to sleeve cuff
sleeve length from shoulder : measured from the shoulder seam to sleeve cuff

when will I receive my order?
we ship with Canada Post and every parcel dispatched will have a tracking number which we will send to you so you know how far away your order is.
orders within north america will take 2-4 business days to reach you. if you are located outside of north america, the time frame is 4-6 business days.
we have a flat rate of shipping which is added to your order at checkout. if you are located in Vancouver B.C and would prefer to pick up, please select the local pick-up option during check-out.
returns
if you have ordered the wrong size, please email us within 7 days and we will exchange it for your correct size, free of charge. note: that the customer is responsible for paying the shipping fee to return the incorrect size back to us.
if you change your mind for whatever reason, we do offer exchanges, however we do not offer refunds. please email us within 7 days and we will exchange it for your correct size. note: that the customer is responsible for paying the shipping fee to return the piece back to us.
custom orders : we will make every effort possible during our correspondence to ensure that the measurements you provide are correct, however we rely on you to be as accurate as possible, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom orders.
